Danielle has a special interest in criminal, traffic and transportation law and she has been enjoying practising in this area for the past 18 years.
She has represented clients in a wide range of different industries throughout New Zealand in relation to Police Prosecutions and New Zealand Transport Agency investigations.
She has also been a contributor to the New Zealand Trucking Magazine’s “Legal Lines” column since 2006.
Danielle has a reputation for being persistent and a good communicator and her clients describe her as being organised and strategic. She believes that these attributes are what enable her to consistently obtain great outcomes for her clients including discharges without conviction. These skills combined with her friendly nature result in meetings and discussions that are always effective and productive.
Danielle regularly appears in the District Court on matters ranging from minor traffic infringements, limited licences and drink driving charges to serious criminal charges involving allegations of violence, dishonesty and the use of controlled substances. She deliberately only carries a modest case load, ensuring that each client receives the care and attention that they deserve.
