Bridie McKinnon

My experience is in commercial litigation, arbitration and contentious insolvency and restructuring. I spent almost three years at a leading litigation firm in London working on a variety of litigation and arbitration files, before returning to Buddle Findlay in mid 2015.

I have appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, both as sole counsel and junior counsel.

My recent experience is varied and includes obtaining vesting orders under the Trustee Act 1956, working for a major government organization investigating the potential fraudulent use of funds by a recipient of government funding, obtaining orders that a party be held in contempt of court, and appellate work for ACC.
