Mark Colthart

Mark is a Barrister and Arbitrator with specialist expertise in the areas of commercial litigation, arbitration, property, and construction law. He has over 20 years experience as a civil and commercial litigator. He is a Fellow and current sitting Council Member of the Arbitrators' & Mediators' Institute of New Zealand, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
