Michelle Chen

MC Legal Limited is a specialist immigration law firm. The Director Michelle advises and acts on all immigration law matters. She has assisted individuals and their families with all stages of the visa application process, represented clients in the Immigration and Protection Tribunal and District Courts, assisted clients when they are detained and facing deportation proceedings as well as assisting business clients with employer accreditation, immigration compliance (including dealing with the Labour Inspectorate). She also works closely with Human Resource Managers to develop immigration policies and procedures compliant with the immigration law.
